How this works:
- Fill out the form below and explain what you need done.
- You can either supply your own materials OR give us a detailed list of materials you need us to get.
- If you do not know what materials you need that is ok we can help you with that.
- Shopping time for the materials will be part of the 8 hour service.
- We will need 24 hours notice November - April.
48 hours notice May - October.
- Any service that runs beyond 8 hours will be charges at $40 per hour with a 1 hour minimum.
What is supplied:
- Labor and normal tools are supplied as well as fuel, tolls and parking.
- Please note NO plumbing or Electrical.

What is not supplied
- Specialty tools that need to be rented such as a hammer drill.
- Paints, caulks, patching materials, drywall, lumber, hardware, decorative items, etc...
- Any materials that need to be supplied are charged on a refundable basis meaning there is no up charge - we do not sell you the materials.
